I have found that if you structure your business meetings effectively you can avoid wasting time and get a lot of value out of your meetings. In this video, I share some of my tips and tricks for effective business meeting management.

- Communication with your employees is really important, whether you are meeting every day, once a week or even once a month.
Effective business meeting management is very important in making sure that you have effective communication and coordination in your business.
