The following video is borrowed from our BusinessTraining.com platform and was originally recorded for our sales training program.   In any industry, you will face at least one competitor.  Even if your product or service is far superior to that of your competitor it is still important to develop a competitor comparison model.  In this video, I talk about how you can create your top 3 competitor comparison model.

  1. In my experience there are three key competitors in the industry and it is important that you show that you are superior to these competitors in the eyes of your prospects.
  2. Almost no one creates a comparison chart that compares your business to your top three competitors. 
  3. Create a brief competitor comparison model that includes a profile on each competitor, what they do, what they are known for, and the benefits of working with you instead of your competitors. 
  4. It can be really powerful to include testimonials that prove that you are superior to your competitors.
