Cross Selling Strategies – Episode #97

The following video is borrowed from our BusinessTraining.com platform and was originally recorded for our sales training program.   Cross selling is when you sell a product to a customer with the idea that you will also sell other products to that same customer.  This is a very powerful sales technique because you are able to sell more products to a single customer than you otherwise would if you did not have multiple product lines in place to sell to that person.  In this video I give a cross selling definition and offer some cross selling strategies that you can use in your business.

  1. There is a lot of value in cross selling because you can make the customer-business relationship even more valuable.
  2. Once you have established the customer relationship you can become more profitable by cross selling other products that you have developed.

  5. Always look at what products you can develop that will create cross selling opportunities.
