Video Transcript/Summary: Many times you can connect with audiences through a blog or video, or best yet a live event in-person…but what  if your core audience is very busy or they live in every part of the world?  Many times someone coming to one of my live workshops may spend $1,000 on travel expenses and than $1,000 on tuition to come to the workshop.  That is a bit strange, that only half of the money from attending my event is actually coming to me… as a percentage of what they are paying they are only getting the real value from 50% of that money. 

Nothing can replace your live conferences and workshops but webinars can help provide your clients with a great return on their money and it can keep your costs low.  You can either focus on running webinars to grow your email list, or to grow your revenue/profit base.  Our team has done both in the past and we are experimenting now with some new webinar formats that are 2-3 hours long at higher $97-$197 price points so we will let you know how those go in a future CEOTraining.com Episode.
