The following video is borrowed from our platform and was originally recorded for our copywriting training program.  Social proof can be applied to copywriting to make it much more powerful and effective.  In this video, I talk about how you can leverage the power of social proof to improve your copywriting.

Video Transcript/SummaryThe strategies and tips provided within this video module include:

  1. Social proof is the psychological law that if you see others taking a certain action it will seem less risky and you are more likely to do the action yourself.
  2. Mention the number of customers that you have served in the past.
  3. You can do this through a bullet point but I find it better to do it more subtly in the about us page or the history.  
  4. You should look at what you offer that is superior to your competitors.
  5. Be honest and prove that you are the best in your space through measurements.
